Are you called to make a difference in the lives of teenage boys in foster care? Join the team at Eagle Rock Boys Ranch as a Life Coach and help guide young men toward a brighter future!

Position Summary:
As a Life Coach, you will walk alongside teenage boys in our care—helping them grow in confidence, responsibility, and independence. You'll model healthy living, teach basic life skills, and provide the encouragement and structure they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Teach and model basic life skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, time management)
🔹 Provide consistent encouragement, structure, and accountability
🔹 Transport boys to school, work, appointments, and activities
🔹 Help maintain a safe, nurturing, family-style home environment
🔹 Accurately document daily interactions, behaviors, and progress
🔹 Support each youth’s personal, educational, and spiritual growth
🔹 Work closely with house parents and staff as part of a care team

Requirements:
✔ Must be 25 years or older
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Clean background check and driving record
✔ Passion for working with at-risk youth in foster care
✔ Reliable, flexible, and committed to mentoring
✔ Flexible hours – both full-time and part-time positions available
